LCSC Names Chad Guest as Athletic Director of Lebanon High School
Lebanon Community School Corporation (LCSC) is proud to announce that Mr. Chad Guest has been appointed as the new Athletic Director for Lebanon High School. The LCSC Board of Trustees voted unanimously to hire Guest at their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 21.
Mr. Guest brings 20 years of experience in education, all within Hamilton Southeastern Schools. A 2001 graduate of Lawrence North High School, where he was a two-year varsity letterman in basketball, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Education from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 2005.
He began his career as an elementary physical education teacher at Durbin Elementary School before transitioning to Hamilton Southeastern Junior High, where he spent three years as a 7th and 8th grade wellness teacher. During that time, he also served as an assistant 7th grade football coach and gained extensive experience within the Hamilton Southeastern High School boys basketball program, including roles as Head Freshman Coach, Head JV Coach, and Lead Varsity Assistant.
For the past 16 years, Mr. Guest has served as the Athletic Director at Hamilton Southeastern Intermediate & Junior High, where he has led a comprehensive and growing middle school athletics program. His leadership guided the department through several key transitions, including the move to a new school building in 2012, the expansion of athletic opportunities to include 6th grade students in multiple sports, and supporting the launch of the athletic program at Fall Creek Junior High ahead of its opening in 2015. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Guest has emphasized strong communication, organization, and the development of both student-athletes and coaches.
In recognition of his leadership, Mr. Guest was named the Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (IIAAA) District III Middle School Athletic Director of the Year in 2018. In 2025, he earned his Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) designation—an honor held by only approximately 900 athletic administrators nationwide.
“We are excited to welcome Chad Guest to our Tiger Family,” said Superintendent Dr. Jon Milleman. “Mr. Guest is a ‘family first’ leader. He will lead with positivity and high expectations. His experiences as an athlete, teacher, coach, and athletic administrator will provide a strong foundation for him to lead and grow our athletic programs. I look forward to his introduction to our families and community over the coming weeks.”
Mr. Guest shared his enthusiasm for joining Lebanon High School: “I am excited for the opportunity to lead the athletics program at Lebanon High School. Athletics are such a great metaphor for life, and I know how important these years are for our student-athletes and how their experiences can shape them and set them up for success in all of their future endeavors beyond their playing days,” he said. “High school sports changed my life and helped make me who I am today. I am grateful for the coaches, administrators, and teachers who poured into me throughout my journey, and I can’t wait for the opportunity to have that same positive impact on the students, coaches, school, and community.”
Mr. Guest and his wife, Lindsay, have been married for 20 years. Lindsay is a wellness teacher at West Clay Elementary School in Carmel. They have two children: Cam, a sophomore at Noblesville High School, and Ol
