ZIONSVILLE — Everwise Credit Union has opened its 19th Greater Indianapolis-area branch at 10920 U.S. 421 in Zionsville. The April 21 opening was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a $5,000 donation to Special Olympics Indiana.

The branch offers checking and savings accounts, mortgages and home lending, credit cards and consumer loans, and wealth-management services. Two interactive teller machines — ATMs that double as live-teller video stations during business hours — and a self-service coin counter are on site, the credit union said.

Area manager Adam Young said local demand drove the location decision. Everwise has two Carmel branches but neither serves the west side of the city. Branch manager Melanie Smith said existing Everwise customers who have moved to Zionsville now have a closer branch, and the location is also more convenient for west-Carmel customers.

Hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.–noon Saturday.
